Delete Your Account

How to Request Deletion

To delete your LifeXP account and associated data, send an email to support@deepstacklabs.co from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my LifeXP account.” Please include your LifeXP username so we can locate your account.

What Gets Deleted

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account, username, and email address
• Your XP, level, streak, and Petty Points balance
• Quest completions, custom quests, and touch grass logs
• Friend connections, friend requests, and quest challenges
• Unlocked achievements and shop cosmetics

Focus session history is stored only on your device and is removed automatically when you uninstall the App — we never have a copy of it to delete.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Some minimal records (such as an anonymized log of the deletion request itself) may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
